Kennywood

Kennywood is an amusement park near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kennywood was founded in 1898 and sits on 107 acres. There are 32 rides at Kennywood, including three wooden coasters still in working order, along with a newer steel coaster, the Phantom's Revenge, and one indoor coaster, the Exterminator. Kennywood is one of two theme parks in the U.S. that have the honor of being listed in the National Register of Historic Places. There are three themed areas in Kennywood: Kiddieland, Lost Kennywood, and Volcano Valley. And yes, picnic baskets are still welcome at Kennywood, the only theme park in America that allows you to bring your lunch.
